We specialize in all types of residential projects. We can assist or completely handle your new construction project from concept to completed. The same is true for additions, remodels, and renovations. Let us handle your historic overlay issues and variances as well.

Commercial

Our commercial specialty is tenant improvements. We also do commercial renovations and code upgrades.

Special Services

Special services include various inspections. We can fix a wide variety of property damages and deficiencies and specialize in insurance repairs - and we do it efficiently and economically.

Stephen C. Bohn, Architect, Inc is a unique, hands-on, personalized architectural firm in Tucson, Arizona that provides creative services for residential and commercial projects, specializing in tenant improvements, custom homes, additions/remodels/renovations of all sizes. Over 450 projects have been built since the firm began in 1988, including additions to 20's bungalows, 30's - 40's Mission Revival to 50's-80's Southwest-style homes. SCBA, Inc also has extensive experience dealing with State Historical Preservation Office. Recent projects include establishing Historical Property status (reduced property tax), ground-up commercial office building and a church remodel.
